The Recruiting Bridge ("Company," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or services, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Intake information: athlete name, contact details, graduation year, physical stats, academic records (GPA, test scores, transcript links), athletic performance details, highlight film links, and recruiting goals.
• Parent or guardian information: name, email, phone number, and preferred contact times.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Communications: emails, texts, and messages you exchange with us, including coach responses received through the shared email account.

2. Information About Minors

Our service involves student athletes who may be under eighteen (18). A parent or legal guardian must purchase or authorize the service for a minor.

With parent or guardian authorization, we may create a dedicated recruiting email account for the Athlete and send recruiting outreach from the Athlete's perspective and in the Athlete's name. The Athlete, parent or guardian, and The Recruiting Bridge may share access during the program.

We do not knowingly collect or use a minor's information without parent or guardian involvement and authorization.

3. How We Use Information

• To build coach target lists and send recruiting outreach on the athlete's behalf.
• To share relevant athlete information (stats, film, academics) with college coaches as part of that outreach. This is the core of the service.
• To deliver roadmaps, track coach responses, and provide response coaching.
• To process payments, provide support, and send service updates.
• To improve our service and marketing. We reference results in marketing only as described in our Terms and Conditions.

4. What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share athlete information with anyone other than college coaching staffs, our service providers, and as required by law.
• We do not publish an athlete's full name or contact information in marketing without separate written consent.

5. Service Providers

We use trusted third parties to run the service: Stripe for payments, Google (Gmail) for the shared outreach account, form processing services for intake submissions, and website hosting providers. Each receives only the information needed to do its job.

6. Data Retention

We keep intake and outreach records for the duration of the service term and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes. Within seven days after the end of the term, full control of the shared email account is transferred to the parent or guardian. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

7. Your Choices

• Request a copy of the information we hold about you or your athlete.
• Request corrections or deletion.
• Opt out of marketing references as described in the Terms.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we limit access to those who need it to deliver the service.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated by email.
